目前,某些通過WishPost配送的訂單涌現了物流跟蹤信息顯示“已撤消”(即物流單號被撤消)的情形。涌現這種情形的原因可能是商戶自動在WishPost中直接撤消運單,或是由于物流服務商存在的問題,導致這些物流單號被撤消。
為幫助商戶妥當管理這些物流單號被撤消的訂單,對于在UTC時間2022年11月10日清晨0時之后釋放的訂單,如果訂單通過WishPost發運,且物流單號已有確認實行日期(即物流信息上網),但之后物流單號被撤消,則該確認實行日期將被刪除。
自UTC時間2022年3月4日清晨0時起,所有中國內地的商戶都可能會收到物流單號被撤消而被重新釋放的訂單,商戶需要重新實行重新釋放的訂單。在本文中,wish平臺將為商戶介紹如何及時應用有效的物流跟蹤信息重新實行重新釋放的訂單。
Wish會在何種情形下將訂單重新釋放給商戶,供商戶重新實行?
Wish可能會將訂單重新釋放給商戶,供商戶重新實行,也可能主動退款該訂單,具體取決于Wish何時收到物流單號被撤消的物流信息(基于WishPost的記錄)。具體來說,
如果在訂單初次釋放之日的25個自然日內(基于WishPost的記錄),從WishPost收到物流單號被撤消的物流信息,則Wish將把該訂單重新釋放給商戶,商戶可應用新的有效物流跟蹤信息(必需提供新的物流單號)重新實行訂單。
請注意,依據商戶政策5.1,商戶須在訂單重新釋放之日起的5個自然日內將訂單標志發貨。
如果在訂單初次釋放之日的25個自然日之后(包含25個自然日)(基于WishPost的記錄),從WishPost收到物流單號被撤消的物流信息,則Wish會將訂單主動退款給用戶。
辨認重新釋放的訂單并重新實行
商戶可以通過商戶平臺、CSVFeed文件和API來辨認重新釋放的訂單。
通過商戶平臺
對于因物流單號被撤消而被重新釋放的訂單,商戶平臺的訂單>未實行的訂單頁面會向商戶顯示相應的信息。具體來說,重新釋放的訂單在商戶平臺上的“訂單ID”下方會顯示一個“物流單號被撤消”標志:
通過CSVFeed文件
商戶可通過CSV文件辨認重新釋放的訂單。具體來說,CSVFeed文件將新增4個字段,用以指導某個訂單的物流單號顯示為“已撤消”且該訂單已被重新釋放(目前,這4個新的CSV字段僅實用于中國內地商戶):
TrackingNumberCancelled(物流單號被撤消):“True”或“False”值差異表現該訂單的物流單號是否顯示為“已撤消”(基于WishPost記錄)
TrackingNumberCancelledDate(物流單號撤消日期):該訂單的物流單號顯示為“已撤消”的日期(基于WishPost記錄)
IsRe-Released(已被重新釋放):“True”或“False”值差異表現該訂單是否已被重新釋放
OrderRe-ReleasedDate(訂單重新釋放日期):該訂單被重新釋放以供重新實行的日期
通過API
在訂單重新釋放后,以下受影響的端口的若干現有屬性將被重設。
受影響的端口:
/api/v2/order/get-fulfill
/api/v2/order
/api/v2/order/multi-get
以下屬性的響應將被重設:
“state”:訂單重新釋放后從SHIPPED變為APPROVED;
“days_to_fulfill”:訂單重新釋放后剩余的可實行天數;
“hours_to_fulfill”:訂單重新釋放后剩余的可實行小時數。
為了幫助與ERP合作的商戶準確捕獲重新釋放的訂單,并及時知曉訂單的物流單號是否被撤消(基于WishPost的記錄),上述三個受影響的端口中將額外返回以下屬性。
響應中新增的屬性:
“tracking_number_cancelled_date”:檢測到訂單物流單號被撤消的日期
“tracking_number_cancelled”:是否檢測到訂單物流單號被撤消,布爾值
“is_re_released”:訂單是否被重新釋放,布爾值
“order_re_released_date”:訂單狀況從SHIPPED變為APPROVED的日期
對A+物流計劃訂單的影響
上述內容也同樣實用于A+物流計劃訂單。
因物流服務商撤消物流單號而被重新釋放的A+物流計劃訂單,商戶平臺的訂單>未實行的訂單頁面將顯示“A+物流單號被撤消”標志:
此訂單隨后將從A+物流計劃中移除,需要商戶應用WishPost直發給用戶。用戶地址可通過以下幾種方法查找:登錄商戶平臺,前往訂單>未實行的訂單頁面,轉到“訂單詳情”頁面(在訂單的“操作”列,點擊“實行”旁邊的三個點,然后選擇“查看詳情”);前往訂單>未實行的訂單頁面,找到“收貨地址”欄;通過“shippingDetail”字段(已重置為用戶配送地址,在/api/v2/order/get-fulfill、/api/v2/order和/api/v2/order/multi-get端口的API響應中)。
另一方面,如果某個A+物流計劃訂單因商戶撤消了物流單號而被重新釋放,該訂單將顯示“物流單號被撤消”標志,且商戶仍需將其視為A+物流計劃訂單來實行。

DependingonwhenWishreceivesthe“Cancelled”trackingstatusaccordingtoWishPostrecords,wewilleitherre-releasetheorderbacktomerchantsforfulfillmentagainorauto-refundit.Specifically,
Ifthe“Cancelled”trackingstatusofanorderisreceivedbyWishbasedonWishPostrecordswithin25calendardaysaftertheorder’sinitialreleasedtime,Wishwillre-releasetheordertomerchantstofulfillagainwithnewvalidtrackinginformation(anewtrackingnumberisrequired).
NotethatperMerchantPolicy5.1,merchantsarerequiredtomarkthisorder“shipped”within5calendardaysafteritsre-releaseddate.
Ifthe“Cancelled”trackingstatusofanorderisreceivedbyWishbasedonWishPostrecords25ormorecalendardaysaftertheorder’sinitialreleasedtime,Wishwillauto-refundtheordertothecustomer.
