活動服務費

賣家主動報名參加蝦皮舉辦之行銷活動所收取的加成手續費，統一稱為「活動服務費」。為避免與既有訂單完成后收取的成交手續費混淆，特意將活動服務費自成交手續費獨立出來，方便賣家查照。

● 活動服務費的計算方式：

(1) 訂單商品成交金額 × 行銷活動加成手續費％ ＝ 活動服務費(金額計算至元為止，元以下四舍五入)。

(2) 運費不列入計算，但運費已內含于商品成交金額或成交方式為免運者，仍依商品金額計算活動服務費，不再扣除實際運費。

舉例說明：

蝦皮舉辦超商取貨免運活動，蝦皮針對參與活動賣家的商品成交金額加抽5%活動服務費，商品成交金額100元，運費60元；商城賣家原本收取5%成交手續費，非商城賣家原本收取2%成交手續費。

若參與超商取貨免運活動之賣家為：

• 商城賣家：訂單完成后將被收?。?1)100*5%=5元之成交手續費，以及(2)100*5%=5元之活動服務費。

• 非商城賣家：訂單完成后將被收?。?1)100*2%=2元之成交手續費，以及(2)100*5%=5元之活動服務費。

活動服務費的顯示方式：

(1) 活動服務費、成交手續費及金流服務費將分開列示：賣家若參與蝦皮加成行銷活動，且被收取活動服務費，賣家可透過我的進帳、我的銷售報表查看活動服務費明細，且每日蝦皮開立的手續費運費發票中也會以獨立欄位顯示。

(2) 若賣家同時參加多種針對商品成交金額抽成的行銷活動，則活動服務費將匯總顯示。

溫馨提醒賣家您：賣家銷售商品之價格應內含活動服務費等相關費用，不得假借名目向買家收取額外費用，避免違反規范哦。

Activity service fee

The additional handling fee charged by sellers who actively sign up to participate in the marketing activities organized by Shopee is collectively referred to as the "event service fee". ● Calculation method of activity service fee:

(1) Order product transaction amount × marketing activity bonus handling fee% = activity service fee (the amount is calculated up to RMB, rounded up below RMB).

(2) Freight is not included in the calculation, but if the freight has been included in the transaction amount of the product or the transaction method is free, the activity service fee will still be calculated based on the product amount, and the actual freight will no longer be deducted.

for example:

Shopee organizes a free shipping event for picking up goods in supermarkets. Shopee will add a 5% service fee to the transaction value of the sellers participating in the event. The transaction value of the product is 100 yuan and the shipping fee is 60 yuan. The merchant seller originally charged a 5% transaction fee for non-merchant sellers. Originally charged a 2% transaction fee.

If the seller who participates in the free shipping activity of superstore pickup is

• Mall sellers: After the order is completed, they will be charged: (1) 100*5%=5 yuan transaction handling fee, and (2) 100*5%=5 yuan activity service fee.

• Non-mall sellers: After the order is completed, they will be charged: (1) 100*2%=2 yuan transaction handling fee, and (2) 100*5%=5 yuan activity service fee.

Display method of activity service fee:

(1) Activity service fee, transaction handling fee and cash flow service fee will be listed separately: if the seller participates in the Shopee Plus marketing activity and is charged the activity service fee, the seller can view the activity through my account and my sales report The service fee details, and the daily handling fee and freight invoice issued by Xiaopi will also be displayed in a separate column.

(2) If the seller participates in a variety of marketing activities that are based on the transaction amount of the goods at the same time, the activity service fee will be displayed in a summary.

Warmly remind the seller: the price of the goods sold by the seller should include activity service fees and other related expenses, and no additional fees may be charged to the buyer under the name of the item to avoid violating the regulations.
