EligibleordersincludedintheAdvancedLogisticsProgramaresubjecttoWishforMerchantsTermsofServiceaswellasallAdvancedLogisticsProgramMerchantPolicies.AlleligibleorderswillalsoreceiveanumberoflogisticsbenefitsofferedbytheAdvancedLogisticsProgram.Relevantpoliciesandbenefitsinclude,butarenotlimitedto:

EligibleordersshouldbedeliveredandscannedintothecorrectAdvancedLogisticsProgramwarehousewithin168hours(7calendardays)ofthetimetheAdvancedLogisticsProgramorderisreleasedtomerchants.Pleasenotethatitmaytakeupto24hoursforthewarehousetoscanandcheckinorders.Iftheorderarrivesandscansintothewarehouselaterthan168hours,merchantswillbecharged100%oftheshippingfeesbasedonpricingschedule,plusanadditional50%oftheoriginalshippingfees.Assuch,westronglysuggestthatmerchantstimelydelivereligibleorders.

MerchantsmayuseanumberofWish-supportedpick-upcarriersorself-deliverymethodtodelivercorrespondingorderstotheAdvancedLogisticsProgramwarehouseindicatedintheshippingaddressonMerchantDashboardandWishPost.Seealistofpick-upcarriershere.

TohelpmerchantsshipcertainAdvancedLogisticsProgramordersmoreefficiently,merchantsmayremovecertainordersfromtheAdvancedLogisticsProgramdirectlyinMerchantDashboardbasedonqualifiedreasons:

IftheorderissubjecttotheConfirmedDeliveryPolicy,merchantsmustfulfilltheorderwithWishPostandselectanappropriateWishPostlogisticschannelandservicelevelthatprovidelast-miletracking(i.e.deliveryconfirmation);

IftheorderisnotsubjecttotheConfirmedDeliveryPolicy,merchantsmayfulfilltheorderswithanyWishPostlogisticschanneloftheirchoice.

ShippingthesetypesofordersremovedfromtheAdvancedLogisticsProgramissubjecttospecificrequirements,perMerchantPolicy5.8.Thatis,thesetypesofordersarerequiredtobefulfilledwithoneoftheConfirmedDeliveryCarriers.Assuch,merchantsmustalsocomplywiththeconfirmeddeliverytimelinerequirementsoutlinedinMerchantPolicy5.4andMerchantPolicy7.5fortheseorders.

Currently,Finland-andUnitedStates-boundAdvancedLogisticsProgramorderscanberemovedfromtheprogramforthequalifiedreasonof“ShippingfromoutsideofMainlandChina”,sothatmerchantscanshiprelevantordersdirectlyfromtheirwarehousesoutsideofMainlandChina,reducingdeliverytimeandimprovingcustomersatisfaction.

Currently,UnitedStates-boundorderscanalsoberemovedfromtheprogramforqualifiedreasonsotherthan“ShippingfromoutsideMainlandChina”.MerchantsmaylearnmoreaboutalistofqualifiedreasonsforremovingUnitedStates-boundordersfromtheprogramhere.AstheseordersarestillshippedfromwithinMainlandChina,theymustbefulfilledwithWishPost.However,merchantsmaychoosetheappropriateWishPostlogisticschannelsbasedonwhethertheremovedorderissubjecttotheConfirmedDeliveryPolicyornot.Specifically,

PerMerchantPolicy5.8,orderremovalfoundtobebasedonnon-qualifiedreasonsmaybepenalized$100pernon-compliantorder.Repeatedviolationsofthispolicymaybesubjecttofurtherpenaltiessuchasaccountsuspension

AdvancedLogisticsProgramsordersthatmeetthefollowingrequirementsmaybeeligibleforpaymentfaster(i.e.20calendardaysafterconfirmedfulfillment):

ThestoremusthaveaSilver/Gold/PlatinumMerchantStandingatthetimetheorderisreleasedtomerchants;

TheAdvancedLogisticsProgramordermusthaveatrackedconfirmedfulfillmenttime;

TheAdvancedLogisticsProgramordermustarriveatandscanintothedesignatedwarehouseontimewithin168hours(i.e.7calendardays).

Specificallyforthebenefitofbeingeligibleforpaymentfaster,AdvancedLogisticsProgramordersreleasedtomerchantsstartingonNovember2,202212:00AMUTCmaybecomeeligibleforpayment20calendardaysafterconfirmedfulfillmentiftheaboveconditionsaremet.
