1.什么是義務人？

2.如何知道我的產品是否需要指定義務人？

此外，我們還建議您將實用產品的樣品提供應您指定的歐盟市場義務人，以防歐盟或北愛爾蘭監(jiān)管機構向他們索要樣品。

7.什么樣的人可以成為歐盟市場義務人？

歐盟市場義務人必需是以下其中的一個或多個：

AResponsiblePersonisapersonorentityactingasapointofcontactforproductcompliancepurposes,whowillbelegallyresponsibleforseveralcomplianceobligationswhenproductsarereportedtohaveaspecificconcern,thoughCEmarkingandothersafetyrequirementstypicallyremaintheresponsibilityofthemanufacturer,brandowner,importer,and/ordistributoroftheproductsinquestion.Tocomplywiththeupcomingnewregulations,theResponsiblePerson(s)mustbelocatedintheEUMarketandhaveallrequireddocumentation.MerchantsmustensurethefollowingforeachResponsiblePersontheyappoint:

AspartoftheEuropeanUnion’sharmonisationlegislation,theCEmarkisrequiredformanyproductssothattheycanbeimportedintoandtradedthroughouttheEuropeanEconomicArea(EEA)withoutrestrictions.TheCEmarkrepresentsthataproductmeetsthehealth,safety,andenvironmentalprotectionstandardsfortheEEA.CommonexamplesofproductsthatarerequiredtobeCEmarkedincludeMedicalDevices,Toys,PersonalProtectiveEquipment,etc.Perupcomingnewregulations,anyEU-boundCEmarkedproductswilllegallyrequireanappointedEU-basedResponsiblePerson.
