亞馬遜超嚴(yán) Review 政策下,賣家還可以這樣獲評(píng)
五星好評(píng)對(duì)于產(chǎn)品來(lái)說(shuō),可謂是重中之重,它既能讓花費(fèi)者在閱讀頁(yè)面的時(shí)候信任賣家的信用和產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,也能夠讓遲疑不決的潛在客戶發(fā)生從重的心理,更主要的是它還能影響產(chǎn)品的排名。
但是,一般情形下,買家給予商品的留評(píng)率非常低,甚至有的賣家產(chǎn)品留評(píng)率低于1%的都有。因此,很多賣家就會(huì)嘗試以購(gòu)置留評(píng)的門路去迅速大批地增長(zhǎng)評(píng)論。

索評(píng)郵件其實(shí)就是在用戶進(jìn)行下單購(gòu)置之后的郵件跟蹤,給用戶供給附加價(jià)值的操作,包含給用戶供給產(chǎn)品購(gòu)置信息,客服服務(wù)支撐,產(chǎn)品相干的應(yīng)用解釋,或者其他的相干信息能夠贊助用戶解決問(wèn)題。

站外促銷
除了索評(píng)郵件外,大家還可以應(yīng)用站外促銷進(jìn)行引流,不僅可以迅速增長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)品的銷量,還能獲得評(píng)論的累積。
但是,做站外促銷也是有講求的。一般情形下,大家慣例的做法都是設(shè)置 Code,然后分享鏈接到社交平臺(tái),將流量導(dǎo)入產(chǎn)品 Listing 詳情頁(yè)面。
這個(gè)做法其實(shí)不太合理:
其一,這會(huì)導(dǎo)致大批無(wú)效的流量(只看卻不購(gòu)置)比例的增長(zhǎng),下降你的轉(zhuǎn)化率。即便你從中獲得了想要的評(píng)論,但要知道,亞馬遜是非常重視轉(zhuǎn)化率的,轉(zhuǎn)化率下降,產(chǎn)品的排名也會(huì)波及。而且,現(xiàn)在貌似 Code 設(shè)置超過(guò)30% 以上,買家留的評(píng)不僅沒(méi)什么權(quán)重,可能VP認(rèn)證都沒(méi)有,所以須要鄭重。
其二,大批買家的涌入可能會(huì)造成猖狂下單的現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致庫(kù)存被賣光,后續(xù)補(bǔ)貨卻跟不上,成果不但遭遇了出售喪失,也會(huì)因?yàn)閹?kù)存問(wèn)題導(dǎo)致 Listing 排名降低。
不過(guò)也不用太擔(dān)憂,站外促銷不必定非得用慣例的Code,現(xiàn)在有些站外折扣網(wǎng)站不管多高的折扣留的評(píng)都有VP認(rèn)證,而且權(quán)重還高,操作也簡(jiǎn)略。
