定制與定制訂單
借助定制訂單,您能夠以專屬商品的形式為買家提供自定義的按單定制商品。例如: 買家聯系您,詢問您是否可以在他們的酒杯上刻上兩只狗,而不是您的商品信息展示的圖案。
定制從本質上講是同一商品的變體;例如尺寸、顏色變體,或在抹布或杯墊之類的商品上使用字母組合,甚至是城市名稱。有關定制的更多信息,請參閱 Amazon Handmade: 定制。
您在手工藝人資料中啟用定制訂單后,買家可以通過買家與賣家消息服務直接與您聯系,溝通按單定制商品的要求。
要啟用定制訂單,請執行以下操作:
從【設置】菜單中選擇【手工藝人資料】。
在頁面的左側,點擊【您的個人資料信息】。
在【是否提供定制訂單?】字段下,選擇【是】。
在【您接受哪種類型的定制訂單?】字段中,說明您接受哪種類型的定制訂單請求。此信息將顯示在您的手工藝人資料中。
在【平均制作時間】字段中,告訴買家完成定制訂單所需的平均時間。
啟用定制訂單后,系統將根據您提供的信息更新您的手工藝人資料。此外,您的手工藝人資料以及所有商品頁面都將包含一個名為【咨詢定制訂單相關問題】的鏈接。使用此鏈接,買家可以通過買家與賣家消息服務專門就定制訂單事宜與您聯系。
注意: 您不需要接受所有定制訂單請求,但請務必在 24 小時內回復所有請求,以確保為買家提供卓越的服務。請注意,所有定制訂單都必須符合所有 指南。
商品: 帶有老鷹圖案的咖啡杯,有紅、白、橙、藍四種顏色。
定制請求: 買家聯系您,詢問他們能否訂購黃色咖啡杯。
對于此類定制,您可以在原始商品信息中添加新的“黃色”定制選項,以便買家可以自行配置商品。這樣一來,其他買家也可以購買黃色咖啡杯。
要更新原始商品信息,請執行以下操作:

定制請求: 買家聯系您,詢問您是否可以創建與老鷹風格相同的三種其他鳥類圖案:木鴨、北美知更鳥和紫織布鳥。
對于這一定制請求,您可以為此單個買家創建專屬商品信息。專屬商品信息不會在搜索結果中對買家顯示,因此,您需要通過買家與賣家消息服務向買家發送此頁面的鏈接,以便其進行購買。
要創建專屬商品信息,請執行以下操作:
將光標指向【庫存】菜單,選擇【添加新商品】。
您可以在此發布新手工藝品,以滿足定制訂單請求。
要將商品信息設為專屬信息,請在【其他信息】部分的【專屬商品信息】下選擇【是】。

Customizations vs. Custom Orders
Custom Orders enable you to offer custom, made-to-order items as a private listing for your customers. For example: Customer contacts you to see if you can etch two dogs on their wine glass, instead of just the one that your listing shows.
Customizations are, essentially, variations on the same product; For example, size, color, or using of monogram letters or even cities on items like tea towels or coasters. For more information on customizations, see Amazon Handmade: Customizations.
Enable custom orders
When you enable custom orders in your Maker profile, customers can contact you directly with made-to-order requests through Buyer Seller Messaging.
To enable custom orders:
From the Settings menu, select Maker Profile.
On the left side of the page, click Your Profile Info.
Under the Do you offer custom orders? field, select Yes.
In the What type of custom orders do you accept? field, describe what type of custom order requests you accept. This information will appear on your Maker profile.
In the Average production time field, tell customers how long, on average, it takes for you to complete a custom order.
After you enable custom orders, your Maker profile will be updated with the information you provided. In addition, your Maker profile and all of your product pages will include a link called Ask about a Custom Order. This link allows customers to contact you through Buyer Seller Messaging specifically about custom orders.
Note: You are not required to accept all custom order requests, but be sure to respond to all requests within 24 hours to ensure that you are providing customers with great service. Remember that all Custom Orders must comply with all Handmade Guidelines.
Example: Adding a new color to an existing product listing
Listing: Coffee mug with eagle graphic available in red, white, orange, and blue.
Customization request: A customer contacts you about whether they can order the mug in yellow.
For this type of customization, you could add the new "yellow" color customization to the original product listing, so the customer could configure the product themselves. In doing so, other customers would also be able to buy the yellow mug.
To update the original product listing:
Find the product you want to edit, point to the Inventory menu, and select Manage Inventory.
Select Edit for the product you want to edit. This opens the Add a Product tool.
Select Customizations. Here, you can add, delete, or change any customization options for your customers to choose from.
When complete, click Save & Publish.
Example: Adding a private listing for a made-to-order item
Listing: Coffee mug with eagle graphic, available in red, white, orange, and blue.
Customization request: A customer contacts you about whether you can create three additional bird graphics in the same style as the eagle: wood duck, American robin, and purple finch.
For this customization request, you could create a private listing for this single customer. Private listings do not appear to customers in search results, so you would have to send your customer a link to the page through Buyer Seller Messaging to purchase.
To create a private listing:
Point to the Inventory menu and select Add a Product.
Here you can list a new handmade product to fulfill your custom order request.
To make the listing private, in the Additional Info section under Private Listings, select Yes.
When complete, click Save & Publish.
Note: Adding a new option to a listing or creating a private listing for specific requests you receive is a Maker decision. Consider that already-listed products will be available for all customers and the option will remain available until you choose to remove it. Private listings will remain invisible to all customers unless they have the direct link.
